Julie has seen show business from just about every angle, working as a top Florida model for 15 years before moving to Los Angeles to flourish as a commercial actor (Coke, Nivea, Toyota, Snap-On Tools, among others), dancer, choreographer, trainer--even nutritional guru to fellow performers. As a legitimate actor, she's worked every genre, from crime thrillers (On Duty) to quirky dramedy (Maximum Bob) to children's films.
Her love of live theater makes her a natural to host CGTV's Mainstage, where she'll take viewers behind the scenes of Vegas' hottest acts. "I love interviewing the entertainers," she says, "finding out not just what we see onstage but what goes on backstage--the real truth about what the performers' lives are like." Why so fascinated with that reality? "Because I've been in that arena myself!"
